　　① The pain is most intense between 24-48 hours after surgery, and it will gradually decrease over time. There may be chest tightness and difficulty breathing after surgery, at which point, take big breaths.

　　② Within 2-3 days after surgery, try to elevate your upper body by 20-30 degrees and lie flat. Do not lie on your side or back (do not lie on your side for one month, lie flat for 6 months after surgery).

　　③ Postoperative swelling can cause asymmetry on both sides, and during the swelling reduction period, there may be differences between the two sides. During the recovery period, the hand feel may be repeated, sometimes soft and hard, and occasionally there may be a sharp pain in the chest. After three months, the hand feel begins to stabilize and gradually becomes soft from six months to one year.

　　④ Within 10 days after surgery, the arm should not be raised, heavy objects should not be lifted, and excessive force should not be applied, otherwise bruising and wound rupture may occur.
